In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I regularly host workshops and seminars for people who are interested in developing all aspects of their lives. You have massive untapped potential, you don't have to feel stuck, there is a way to get to where you want, and I want to show you how.
LIFE COACHING
Identify, clarify and create a vision for your life
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over the kind of life you want, reflect on who you are, what is important to you, identify and work on your limiting beliefs and the direction you want to take.  Personal life coaching sets the tone and standard for all your other life goals, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. I am more like a supportive and trusted advisor. Session packages are unique, as each individual has unique and specific needs. Your plan will be established during our initial call.

I will help, support and guide you to figure out a way to reach your ultimate career goals. My goal as your coach is to help you redefine your career path, explore your passions, find happiness in your work, get unstuck, rediscover your hidden strengths and upgrade your skills so that you can stand out from the pack by providing clear value to your prospective employee and become more employable. As the saying goes 'the person who gets the job is not always the one who can do the job best, but the one who knows the most about being hired'. This is what my career coaching programs will teach you. You get 4x90 minutes virtual sessions with me per month, and 4x30 minutes 'bluelight' sessions to track your progress and results.
BUSINESS COACHING
Become a better leader for your business, and see massive growth
With my business coaching, I provide support, education and motivate small business owners on how they can take their business from where its from to where they want it to be. I provide recommendations for a company's vision and goals. Together we will figure out strategies that will help your business grow by providing a clear view of what's working and what is not. You get 4x90 minute virtual sessions with me monthly and access to me via email and WhatsApp when you need to, known as the 'bluelight' 30 minute check-in whenever you need some help or clarity to get you making positive progress.

KTE offers entrepreneurial training and educational programs  to the next generation of women entrepreneurs. In 6 months, we transform passionate women into entrepreneurs who will shape the economy of South Africa and create employment. We believe entrepreneurship can be inspired and taught. We believe great ideas can be generated. Our programs aim to inspire woman to not only be consumers or job-seekers but to seek and awaken their potential to become producers and be active in enabling the economy. We have amazing facilitators, educators, mentors and trainers who will provide knowledge and practical ways to grow sustainable businesses from their experiences and knowledge.
